I spent years navigating my career without a compass. I am part of the last generation who lived in a world before the internet. As a woman, I’ve faced many challenges and unconscious bias to gain footing in the world of tech, wholly unaware of the options until nearly a decade after graduating high school. I want to represent the last generation of girls who don’t know their options when it comes to working in technology, leadership opportunities, and other critical steps in career development.
